Unaddressed on purpose
A drop does not need a name or a street address from you. We print to the mailbox count on covered walks. The carrier already knows the route.

BoloPost Inc. (“BoloPost”) uses the details you give us to quote, print, and deliver unaddressed mail in covered neighbourhoods. This page is the principles first, then what we collect, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.
A drop does not need a name or a street address from you. We print to the mailbox count on covered walks. The carrier already knows the route.
We do not sell mailing lists. Coverage figures are route estimates (houses, apartments, shops), not residents.
Quote, print, and delivery. We may also use details to improve coverage estimates and the product. Not to build a file of neighbours.
We collect what is needed to price a drop and complete it. We do not collect a list of people who live on the walks you draw.
We use this information to show a price, print the right quantity, and deliver to the routes you selected. We may also use it to improve coverage estimates and the product.
Print and delivery involve partners who already handle mail and print jobs: a printer, a carrier on a covered walk. We share what they need to complete that job: quantity, format, artwork, and the walks. We do not share a list of residents, because we do not have one.
We do not sell mailing lists. We do not sell quote details as a marketing file. If the law requires us to share information, we share only what is required.
Quote details, artwork, and payment records are kept as long as we need them to complete the job, to handle questions about a drop, and to meet accounting and legal records. When they are no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify them.
Coverage estimates on this site are route data, not your personal file. They stay as product data used to quote walks we currently serve.
For privacy questions, visit Help, read Terms of Use, or see Legal for how figures on this site should be read.
You can price a delivery without creating an account. Email is only required if you want the quote sent to you. You do not have to upload a mailing list, because we do not need one. You do not have to give us names of neighbours.
If you send artwork, you can ask us to delete a file we no longer need for the job once print is complete and records no longer require it. Payment records are kept as long as accounting and the law require.
BoloPost Inc. is a Canadian company. How we handle personal information follows Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act where it applies. This page is that notice for quoting, printing, and delivering neighbourhood mail.
The quote form needs what you type (format, area, email) to send you a price. We do not use that form to build a file of residents on the walks you draw.
