BoloPost Inc.
Terms of Use
Last updated August 18, 2026
Ten conditions for using BoloPost: the service, quotes, coverage, artwork, payment, timing, these terms, what happens before print, what the site is not, and acceptable use. Related policies sit beside them.
01
The service
BoloPost Inc. prints postcards, flyers, and brochures and delivers them as unaddressed mail on covered carrier routes in Canada. Starting a delivery is an offer to print and deliver in neighbourhoods we currently serve, not an offer to mail the whole city, and not an offer to mail a list of named people.
02
Quotes
Prices on this site are examples. A quote depends on format, volume, print specifications, and the mailboxes inside the shape you draw. Typical rates are about 42¢ a home for a postcard, 55¢ for a flyer, and 78¢ for a brochure, printed and delivered. You can see a price before you create an account. A quote is not a lock on a route until we confirm the walks we currently serve.
03
Coverage
Household counts, including the 1.9 million figure on this site, are estimates of mailboxes on currently covered routes, not a guarantee of delivery to a specific address. We may be unable to complete a drop outside covered walks. If a shape sits off those walks, we will say so rather than print to a count we cannot deliver.
04
Your artwork
You are responsible for the content you send us to print. That includes claims, images, trademarks, and anything that must be lawful to print and to put through a door in Canada. We may decline copy or artwork that we cannot lawfully print or deliver. Declining artwork is not a review of whether the campaign will work.
05
Payment and the job
Print starts after you approve artwork and we can complete payment for the quote. The quantity is the door count in the confirmed shape. We do not add a city-wide run unless you draw those walks and pay for them. Changes to format, area, or artwork after approval may change the price and the timing.
06
Timing
Examples on this site (a Thursday garage sale, a Saturday open house) are illustrations of how a drop can be scheduled, not a guarantee of a calendar date. Delivery follows covered carrier routes and the print time for the job. Weather, volume, and route schedules can move a drop.
07
These terms
These terms apply to using this site, requesting a quote, and starting a delivery with BoloPost Inc. They are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which BoloPost Inc. operates. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
08
Before print starts
You may change the format, the shape, or the artwork until you approve the piece and we complete payment. After that, a change is a new quote. If we cannot deliver on the walks in the confirmed shape, we will not print to a count we cannot walk.
09
What the site is not
This site is not a guarantee of sales, walk-ins, or an open-house turnout. Unaddressed mail puts a piece through a door on a covered route. It does not make a neighbour buy. Example open rates and timings on other pages are illustrations, as described in Legal.
10
Acceptable use
Do not use this site or the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content, or to attempt to turn unaddressed mail into a named-person list. We may refuse a job that we cannot lawfully print or deliver.
